What to bring

Camping is a fun and rewarding experience. As scouts we will be considerate in the outdoors and be conservation-minded. Here are a few suggestions on what to bring along.

What to bring:

  • Sleeping bag (Or blanket)
  • Pillow
  • Mess kit (or Plate, bowl and cup)
  • Utensils (Knife, fork, spoon)
  • Clothes for the weather
  • Outside shoes, and Inside shoes
    (We don’t want to track mud/snow inside the cabin)
  • Toothpaste, toothbrush, soap, washcloth, towel, comb
  • Lawn chair
  • Water bottle

Optional items you may want to bring:

  • Snacks
  • Sun glasses
  • Camera
  • Flashlight
  • Rain clothing
  • Binoculars
  • Nature books
  • Whistle
  • Notebook and pencil
